Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Here's a little recap from my short but fun few days.
We got up bright and early Saturday morning to drive to Starkville to the MS State game.
It was HOT outside, so the game was pretty miserable. It definitely wasn't what I expect November to feel like. Welcome to the South.
Forcing a smile for the camera...
Needless to say, Rodney wasn't too happy with the outcome which made for a long ride back home.
Sunday morning started early with Sunday School, and we received a blessing from Bro. Sam speaking through Stephen's story in Acts. Follow that up with a little Cracker Barrell. Yum!
Self-portraits=yuck. Just a rockin' at Cracker Barrell.
My sweet friend April invited me to a holiday open house on Sunday afternoon, and it was such a success! I was able to buy a few Christmas presents, and there's nothing I love more than crossing a gift off my list!
Here are a few of the people that were there. No matter where your location, you should look these girls up on facebook. Some of them offer great deals and even free shipping!
There's Sew Sweet Monograms for monogrammed children's clothing as well as trendy adult clothes.
Also, Jewelry Box Auctions was there with these ahhmazing fleece lined leggings. I can't wait to actually wear these when it gets a little bit cooler. They had some adorable jewelry as well. Statement necklaces for cheap!!
Here's the one I'm in love with...
There was also 31 Gifts, Scentsy, & Blessings Unlimited. There were also some initial door hangers and some precious homemade wooden painted frames, but they don't have websites to link. :(
Sunday night, I cooked dinner for us, April & Dev, and it was digusting. Not my finest culinary moment. Oh well.
How was your weekend?
